Susan - too much fun isn't it? I am thinking about getting one of those feeders that twirls around and slings the squirrels off. Even if it didn't save the food, it might at least be amusing to watch!

Haha, what a priceless shot.

Mike (my fiance Mike, not you, heh) and I have the same problem. It gets swampy here in VA during the summer so we like to keep bird feeders around so they hang out and help with the bugs. We'd come outside and just see HUGE piles of seed and shell on the ground because the squirrels were cleaning out the feeders in a manner of minutes.

We spent the extra money on the anti-squirrel feeders, but some work better than others.
