In entrecarder blogs is the same, I drop back every drop, and sometime the other blog have autoplay-anything, I try to read every blog I visit, but when it is so annoying it's even hard to find the entrecard widget at least :( Sadly I use to visit lost of music blogs, and many of them have auto play music, I hate that, so I have to rapidly find the source and stop the music, or turn it off before it plays.
