And when you are absent nobody seems to be competent enough to resolve the issue without having to call you when you are on vacation or as soon as you leave the office. Don't be mean, just say that half kidding, half seriously, a bit sarcastic. I don't any more. My blood pressure is back down to the low-normal range. Switching jobs isn't always an option, I know.
